Gvahim was created to transform the Aliyah of highly-qualified professionals into an effective “brain gain” that contributes maximally to the Israeli economy, society and culture.
After 3 years of activities under the Rashi Foundation’s management, Gvahim became an independent Non Profit Organization headed by Mr Yair Shamir, Chairman of Israel Aerospace Industries, in July 2009.
It provides a variety of unique solutions in the areas of business and career development in Israel: high quality training and workshops, individual support, networking and volunteering opportunities.
Gvahim provides Highly Skilled Olim with the tools, guidance and network needed to (re-)build a successful career in Israel.
Gvahim is a non profit organization focusing on the professional empowerment of highly skilled new immigrants, giving them the tools to find employment or starting their businesses relevant to their experience and qualifications.
